About Pain Recovery
Pain Recovery is an online, interdisciplinary clinic that supports people living with persistent pain through evidence-based education, movement, and mindfulness-based approaches. All care is delivered through Group Medical Visits (GMVs), which are covered by MSP.
We know that getting started can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate from the beginning.
Our team works together to understand your needs and help you build practical skills to manage pain and improve daily function over time. We’re glad you’re here and look forward to supporting your next steps.
Our Group Medical Visits are led by:

and other Allied Healthcare Providers (Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists)
All sessions:
Are held virtually on Zoom
Are covered by MSP
Have no cost to you
What Happens Next

A Member of Our Team Will Call You
Within the next few days, a team member will contact you by phone to:
Book your initial (foundational) sessions
Walk you through the onboarding process
Answer any questions you may have
After this call, we will activate access to your JaneApp profile so you can begin managing your appointments.

Set-up Your JaneApp Access
You will receive an email from our booking system, JaneApp, inviting you to create a password.
Your account has already been created. Simply follow the instructions in the email to activate your access. You do not need to create a new account.

Complete Your Intake Form
You have been sent an intake form separately. This form is required to confirm your consent and make sure our group-based care is a good fit for you.
Please note:
Online booking access will remain locked until we receive your completed intake form
Once your form is submitted, we’ll enable booking in Jane and send you a confirmation email
Booking Your Sessions
The easiest way to book is by browsing our online calendar and following the booking links that direct you to Jane.
Before booking, please make sure:
You’ve finalized your Jane account setup
Your intake form has been submitted

These sessions introduce key concepts and skills that are used throughout many of our other Group Medical Visits.
A member of our team will help you book these sessions during your onboarding call, so you don’t need to figure this out on your own.
GMV Topics:
At Pain Recovery, we offer a range of sessions designed to support different stages of your pain recovery journey.
You can view an overview of our recurring topics here. New sessions are added each month, and not all sessions are offered every month, so we recommend checking the online calendar for current availability.
Please note: To allow space for as many participants as possible and to comply with MSP guidelines, each patient may register for one Group Medical Visit per day.
