Our Story

Pain Recovery was created to help people living with persistent pain find a path forward. Founded by a husband and wife team, Dr. Noah Alexander and physiotherapist Hayley Alexander, the clinic was built on the belief that recovery is possible — with the right tools, support, and care. After years of working in traditional healthcare settings, Noah and Hayley saw the need for a more accessible, integrated, and empowering approach to pain care. They now offer education and movement-based virtual pain management through Group Medical Visits, helping patients understand their pain, build confidence, and take an active role in their recovery.
