Rebuilding Safety in Movement

This session is designed to help people living with persistent pain approach daily activities with more ease and less risk of flare-ups or fatigue. We’ll cover pacing strategies to make energy use more consistent, how gradual exposure to activities can build confidence for things like walking, household chores, or exercise, and how the nervous system learns safety through small, intentional steps. This educational session helps you learn strategies to break the boom-and-bust cycle, so movement and daily activities become more consistent and sustainable over time. You'll leave with takeaway tools you can start using right away.

This session is led by Hayley Alexander (physiotherapist) & Dr. Noah Alexander.

Current patients can book here.
