Pacing in Real Life: A Follow-Up Session

Energy, Pain, and Pacing Follow-Up

This follow-up session is for people who have already completed the Energy, Pain, and Pacing series and want a supportive space to check-in, troubleshoot, and refine their approach.

Living with persistent pain or fatigue is not a one-and-done process. Even with great tools, real life can pull us back into pushing, crashing, or second-guessing ourselves. This session offers a chance to pause, reflect, and make small, realistic adjustments so your pacing plan continues to work for you.

Together, we will revisit key concepts from the series, explore what has been working (and what has not), and problem-solve common challenges that come up over time. There will be space for questions, shared experiences, and practical guidance to help you feel more steady and confident moving forward.

This session is for you if you:

  • Have completed the Energy, Pain, and Pacing series

  • Feel mostly on track but notice old patterns creeping back in

  • Want help adapting pacing strategies to changing symptoms or life demands

  • Would benefit from reassurance, clarification, or fine-tuning your plan

You will leave with clearer next steps, renewed confidence in your pacing approach, and a reminder that progress is about steadiness, not perfection.

This session is led by Shubhi Sharma (occupational therapist) & Dr. Noah Alexander.
